Charles “Cully” Stimson is the Manager, National Security Law Program and Senior Legal Fellow in the Davis Institute. He served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Detainee Affairs (2006–2007) and was a local, state, federal, and military prosecutor; defense attorney; and military judge in the United States Navy JAG Corps.
